Department: Property Inspector (Residential & Commercial)
Compensation: $65K - $100K annually with room for growth / bonuses

Who We're Looking For:
If you are organized, efficient, and have a passion for delivering high-quality results, you’ll fit right in. We're seeking motivated individuals with strong communication skills, the ability to solve problems, and a commitment to excellence. Our ideal candidates are reliable, team-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, customer-facing role.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in construction
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Physical ability to work in various environments (roofs, confined spaces, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check
